Objects are portrayed black when using PostProcessEvent.BeforeTransparent
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project(link in edit)
Actual results: objects are shown black
Expected results: post effect working
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0b2, 2019.1.0a1
Notes: could not test on older versions because of incompatibility.
