Object with Skinned Mesh Renderer turns 90 degrees when adding Cloth and entering Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's project
2. Select Example Assets > Workshop Set > Drywall Panel in the Hierarchy
3. Add Cloth Component
Expected result: Object has correct bounds
Actual result: Object rotates 90 degrees when going into the Play Mode
Reproducible with - 2019.3.0a2, 2019.2.0b1, 2019.1.2f1, 2018.4.0f1
Could not test with - 2017.4 (no HDRP)
