Object that is drawn with Graphics.DrawMeshInstanced does not receive the Point/Spot light lighting
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project and Scenes/SampleScene scene
2. Enter the Play mode
3. Observe the Lighting on the Spheres
Expected result: Both spheres receive the point light lighting
Actual result: Sphere that is drawn with Graphics.DrawMeshInstanced does not receive the point light lighting
Reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.22f1, 2020.3.1f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a10
Notes:
1. Reproducible with Point and Spot lights
2. Not reproducible with Directional light
