Object Picker icon is slightly clipping with the object field bounds
How to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project
2. Open any window that contains an Object Picker (e.g. Lighting Settings)
3. Note the Object Picker icons
Expected result: icons are not clipping with the field bounds
Actual result: icons are clipping with the field bounds
Reproducible with: 2019.4.17f1, 2020.2.0a14, 2020.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.16f1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0a13, 2020.2.0a16, 2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0a10

It's been two month, and a fix for a regression that involves changing a single float value has still not been addressed in an LTS release.
