Object overlay camera does not render when Depth/Stencil Buffer is disabled
How to reproduce:
1. Download the attached "urp-2d-bug" project
2. In the project window, go to "Settings" > "Renderer2D"
3. In the Inspector window, set the "Depth/Stencil Buffer" to off
4. Observe the Game view window
Expected outcome: The square does not disappear
Actual outcome: The square disappears
