Object duplicate doesn't appear in Hierarchy if Hierarchy window is 'hidden' by another window
To reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Create cube
3. Hide Hierarchy window (don't close, just hide. See user image)
4. Select cube in scene view
5. Press Ctrl + D to duplicate it
6. Move duplicated cube from original
7. Open hierarchy
8. Notice that duplicated cube doesn't appear in Hierarchy, but is visible in scene view
Workaround:
- Duplicate objects in Hierarchy not in scene view.
- Close Hierarchy window when duplicating object in scene view.
- Keep Hierarchy window always 'on top'.
