Number of entries in the Frame Debugger gets changed when they are selected, causing them to jump all over the place
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project(link in the oc)
2. Go to Scene View
3. Commands>Scenes>Toggle Scene Buttons
4. Press Load full setup
5. Enter the Play Mode
6. Enable Frame Debugger
7. Try to click Draw Mesh from the end of the list
Reproducible with: 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.4f1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.27f1 (crash), (2019.2.0b4, 2019.3.0a4 due to scripting issues)
Actual results: can't inspect frames since they move around
Expected results: selecting one frame shouldn't select another one
