NullReferenceException when using EditorSceneManager.SaveOpenScenes() after DestroyImmediate() of an object inside the scene
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the only scene
3. Select "GameObject" in the hierarchy
4. In the inspector click the button "Create Console Error"
5. Notice the NullReferenceException appearing in the console
The scene wasn't saved but "GameObject" was destroyed
Reproduced on: 5.6.0a3, 5.5.0f1, 5.4.2p4, 5.3.6p7
