NullReferenceException when editor window is maximized and EditorApplication.timeSinceStartup() is called
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Maximize editor window
3. In menu choose: Window\MyWindow
4. Dock in custom window
5. Press 'DOCK, MAXIMIZE, OSX, PRESS = BUG' button
Expected: there will be no errors
Actual: NullReferenceException is thrown
Reproduced on: 5.5.0b1, f3, 5.5.3p1, 5.6.0f3, 2017.1.0a6
Not able to reproduce on 5.4.5p1 ('InvalidOperationException: Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object' is thrown instead of NullReferenceException)
