NullReferenceException is thrown when the Dispose() method is inside the Using() block
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
3. Open the GamePlay scene
3. Play the scene
4. Observe the error in Console Window:
NullReferenceException: UnityWebRequest has already been destroyed
Actual results: Error is thrown
Expected results: Stream should be close normally
Reproduced with: 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0b3
Not reproduced with: 5.5.4p4, 5.6.2p2
