NullReferenceException is thrown after adding Addressable Group Template when project name ends in 'Assets'
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached 'Project_Assets.zip' project
2. Select the 'AddressableAssetsData/AddressableAssetSettings' asset
3. In the Inspector, add the 'AddressableAssetsData/AssetGroupTemplates/Packed Assets' asset as an Asset Group Template
4. Observe the Console
Expected result: no errors shown, Asset Group Template is added
Actual result: a NullReferrenceException error is thrown and the template is not added
Reproducible with: 1.18.13, 1.19.4 (2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0b13, 2022.1.0a10)
