NullReferenceException in UnityEngine.UI.Graphic.Raycast
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Hit Play, Click the OK button (It dismisses the panel by SetActive(false))
3. See this exception in the console.

I had this problem as well and realized it was because I had two Canvas objects and only one eventSystem.
