NullReferenceException errors continuously thrown when CTRL + Left Click Dragging already selected clips in the Timeline Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (New Unity Project.zip)
2. Open "New Timeline.playable" with Timeline Editor and select the "Active" clip
3. Hold down the CTRL key and drag the "Active" clip in the Activation Track.
4. Observe the console
Expected result: the clip is dragged successfully with no errors in the console
Actual result: NullReferenceException errors are continuously being thrown when dragging the active clip
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a9, 2018.3.0b10, 2018.2.16f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.1.0b11
Not reproducible: 2018.1.0b10, 2017.4.15f1
