NullReferenceException error thrown when adding a panel inside ScrollView content
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by tester (scrollViewBug.zip)
2. Add Panel as a child of the Content game object in Scroll View
3. Enter Play mode
Expected: No errors are thrown
Reproduced in 5.6.1f1, .5.6.1p2, 2017.1.0b5
Did not reproduce in 5.4.5p2, 5.5.4f1
Fixed in 2017.1.0b6
