NullReference exeption on creating new Material or Script
What happened
When project has compile errors and you try to add Script or Material - you will get NullReference exeption
How we can reproduce it using the example you attached

1 Open attached project
2 Create new C#script or new Material
Actual result: NullReference exeption appears in console:
"NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
UnityEngine.UI.Graphic.OnRebuildRequested ()"
