Null reference exception when using Inspector with modes: Debug and Use UI Toolkit Default Inspector
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "TestProject.zip" project
2. Open the "bug.unity" scene
3. In the Hierarchy window, select the Directional Light game object
4. in the Inspector window switch to Debug mode
Expected result: No errors appear in the console window
Actual result: "ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null." error appears in the console window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1, 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2
