Null blackboard variable in runtime blackboard causes nullref exception on playmode exit
Steps to reproduce:
- Install behavior package (com.unity.behavior)
 - Import the Unity Behavior Example sample
 - Select the Example Behavior Graph Blackboard asset and manually add a new element to the {{Variables}} list in the inspector.
 - Open the SampleScene and Enter Playmode
 - Exit Playmode
