Not enough display Languages are available
How to reproduce:
1. Open the Unity Hub
2. Click Preferences → Appearance → Language
3. Open the Language dropdown menu and observe the options
Expected result: There are more widely spoken languages apart from English available (e.g. French, Spanish, etc.)
Actual result: There are only English and some Asian languages available
Reproducible with: 3.5.1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
