Normal Maps are corrupted when loading it from Asset Bundles
To reproduce:
1. Open my attached project (NormalMapTest.zip)
2. Enter Play mode
3. In Scene view, select any visible Game Object
4. In Inspector window, Expand material and check Normal Map
Expected: normal maps are purple colored
Actual: normal maps are blue colored
Reproduced in: 2017.2.0a4, 2017.4.12f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.10f1, 2018.3.0b3, 2019.1.0a2
Not reproduced in: 2017.2.0a3
By design: bundles across different major releases are not supproted
