Normal Map of Prefab with negative scale is inverted when rendered in the Game view
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (ScaleTest.zip)
2. Open scene OpenThisScene
3. Go to the Game view
4. Observe the three GameObjects and press the Play button
Expected result: none of the GameObjects' Normal Maps are inverted in the Game view when in Play mode
Actual result: two of the GameObjects' Normal Maps are inverted in the Game view when in Play mode
Reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.2f1, 2022.1.0a14
