Normal map breaks on iOS
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the attached project.
2) Switch platform to iOS.
In the Scene, there's a large cube which has a shader that uses 2 normal maps - one for tiling and one for bumpiness. When the platform is switched to iOS, the tiling and bumpiness disappear and the whole surface becomes even. This does not occur when switching to other platforms.
Note: when the project is built and deployed to iOS, the tiling remains, but the bumpiness is gone.
Reproduced on:
5.5.0b6, 5.4.1p3, 5.3.6p6, 5.2.4f1
