[Noodles] Deleting a block preserves the connected noodle
Repro steps:
1. Attach any node to a block
2. Delete the block
3. Observe how the node's noodle is still shown (video attached).
Expected outcome:
Node noodle to be removed when it's no longer connected to anything.
