Non-Latin characters in the script's name are replaced by "?" when it is shown in the error in the Console
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1296470_Repro" project
2. Look at the errors in the Console (Window->General->Console)
Expected results: The name of the script in the error is "こんにちは.cs"
Actual results: The name of the script in the error is "?????.cs"
Reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.16f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.0a7, 2021.1.0a9
Notes:
- The issue does not reproduce on the messages in the Console, reproduces only on the errors
