Non-inline Style declarations are not applied when importing a SVG file
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Inspect the Scene View
Expected result: both Images look the same
Actual result: SVG formatted Image differs from the PNG Image
Reproducible with: 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.13f1, 2019.3.0b12, 2020.1.0a14 (1.0.0-preview.13, 2.0.0-preview.10)
Couldn't test with: 2017.4 (Package Manager does not exist)
