Nodes are no longer selectable in the Sprite Editor when using the Custom Physics Shape or Custom Outline section
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “Sprite_Editor_Custom_Physics_Shape_Bug“ project
2. Open the Sprite Editor (Window > 2D)
3. In Project select the “wall” Asset
4. In the Sprite Editor window navigate to the “Custom Physics Shape” section
5. Click on the image
6. Select a node and change its position
Expected result: the node position changes
Actual result: cannot select the node and a new section is created
Reproduced with: 2022.3.4f1, 2022.3.5f1, 2023.2.0a21, 2023.2.0a23
Not reproduced with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.3f1, 2023.1.4f1, 2023.2.0a20
Reproduced on: Windows 10 (by reporter), Windows 11
Note: Reproducible in the “Custom Outline” section

Upgraded to fix localization bug, now downgrade to fix physics shape bug ':/
