No visual indicator when calculating folder size
If I accidentally attach a super big folder, there's no progress indication in the UI. Looks like it is doing something, but feels like just hanged. Profiling says it's spending all time doing AttachmentItemView::GetSizeInBytes, which takes a long time for a big folder.
