No shadows on Samsung Galaxy Note3
Galaxy Note 3 has the "GL_OES_depth_texture" extension, so it should support shadows, however they are not displayed on the device.
Reproduced on:
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N9005) with Android 4.3

Yes, as said, it is nearly fixed in 4.5. But its shadow still has a peter-panning problem, please read the threa: http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/shadow-peter-panning-problem-in-mobile.257287/#post-1705216
I use another device Galaxy S4, there is no such PP problem.

Could this be the same issue that is happening on Intel HD Graphics, specifically the 5200?
