No input appears when using keyboard character shortcuts with ALT-Code in a TextField
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. In Hierarchy Window create a new GameObject
3. Rename GameObject > input character using ALT + 64
Expected result: Inputted "@" appears in the TextField
Actual result: Inputted "@" does not appear in the TextField
Reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.6f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a11
