No 3D Sound option in audio import settings
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select audio file in project window
3. Notice that 3D Sound option is missing in import settings

Use the Spatial Blend setting on the Audio Source component instead. This lets you blend between 2D and 3D. (And then use the 3D Sound Settings of the Audio Source to control the 3D playback.)
