New Brush and Terrain Layer assets are called "Untitled"
When creating a new Brush or Terrain Layer assets, by default a name "Untitled" is assigned instead of expected "New Brush" and "New Terrain Layer". Other standard assets get meaningful names after creation.
Steps:
1. Create a new project
2. In menu bar: Assets > Create > Brush or Assets > Create > Terrain Layer
Expected: names "New Brush" and "New Terrain Layer" are assigned by default.
Actual: both new assets names are "Untitled".
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0b2, 2019.1.0a2.
Not reproduced with: 2018.2.8f1 and earlier (no standard Brush and Terrain Layer assets).
