[NetworkTransform] Character position is not synced when rigibody isKinematic is enabled
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Build and run Main scene, choose 'LAN Host'
3. Play scene in editor, select 'LAN Client'
4. Using WASD move one of the characters
5. Repeat 2-4 steps when isKinematic is set to 'false' in Player prefab
Expected: both times capsule and cube should be moving as the solid object on both instances
Actual: when isKinematic is set to 'true' only cube is moving properly, but capsule only sometimes moves to the right position(gifs attached)
Reproduced on: 5.5.2f1, 5.5.3p4, 5.6.2p1, 2017.1.0f1, 2017.2.0b1
