[NetworkManager] numPlayers counts local players twice
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and import attached project. (repro-case_752720-Unet.zip)
2. Open scene: Lobby
3. Play the scene.
4. Press "LAN Host(H)".
5. Inspect the console log.
Expected result: NetworkManager.numPlayers: 1
Actual result: NetworkManager.numPlayers: 2
Reproduced on: 5.4.0a5, 5.3.0f4, 5.3.0f1, 5.3.0b1 (7dfb4e0eab03)
Did not reproduced on: 5.2.2f1 (3757309da7e7), 5.1.4f1
