NetworkLobbyManager changes the scene as soon as one player is readyToBegin
Repro steps:
1) Open the attached project and build it
2) Run two instances of the build
3) On one build host a multiplayer match, with the other one join it through localhost
4) Click Play button on one of them
5) Notice it starts the game and doesn't wait for other player to press play which triggers readyToBegin state
