"NetworkBehaviours require a NetworkObject" pop-up prevents opening prefabs when the prefab is not already selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached Project "NetworkTest"
2. Ensure no Asset is selected in the Project Window
3. Double-click the prefab "GameObject" in the Project Window
Expected result: the prefab is opened
Actual result: a pop-up warning about a NetworkBehaviour with no NetworkObject appears and the prefab is not opened
Reproducible with: 1.2.0 (2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.6f1, 2023.1.0b3, 2023.2.0a1)
Notes:
- Whenever the user selects an Object with a NetworkBehaviour script with no NetworkObject, a pop-up appears warning the user about this. When double-clicking a prefab, the first click selects the prefab, which opens the pop-up and interrupts the double-click

Resolution Note:
Thank you for reporting a bug to Unity.
We have reviewed the issue carefully, and in this case the team is unable to prioritize fixing this bug. There are a number of reasons we make this decision, including the impact and severity of the issue across our user and customer base, and the possibility that future plans may solve the problem in a different way, or that a workaround for the bug may be available.
Our ISS customers’ bug reports have a higher weight than normal, and this is accounted for in the decision. We hope to be able to work with you on finding a suitable workaround in the short term. Today, however, we will be closing this case.
Thank you again for taking the time to report this issue, and please let us know if there is anything else that changes the impact or severity of this issue.
