Netcode Server behaves differently from the Editor when running it in the Build
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Test Project” Project
2. Open File > Build Settings window
3. Select “Scenes/VrScene” in “Scenes in Build”, and select “Dedicated Server” in “Platform”
4. Build and Run the Project
5. Enter the Play Mode
6. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors in the Console
Actual result: The Console prints out “Large serverTick prediction error. Server tick rollback to Unity.NetCode.NetworkTick delta:” error
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-pre.44, 1.0.0-pre.47 (2022.2.13f1)
Couldn’t test with: 1.0.0-pre.65 (2022.2.13f1) - Editor is stuck on loading “Completing Domain: Completing Domain”
Reproducible on: Windows 10
