[NET 4.6] Editor hangs when switching from Experimental to Stable Scripting Runtime Version
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Player Settings
3. Switch Scripting Runtime Version in Other Setting part from Stable to Experimental
4. Message about restarting editor pops up - Allow to restart
5. When Unity editor reopens Switch Scripting Runtime Version from Experimental to Stable
6. Message about restarting editor pops up - Allow to restart
Result: Unity stops responding
