Nested properties "isExpanded" state is not preserved when reordering ReorderableList
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "2022.1 Beta Project.zip" project
2. Open the "ReoderableListBug" Scene
3. In the Hierarchy window select "Bug" GameObject
4. Expand 1st and second elements
5. Expand 1st elements subElement
6. Swap 1st and second elements places
Expected results: The 1st subElement "isExpanded" state is false, 2nd - true
Actual results: The 1st subElement "isExpanded" state is true, 2nd - false
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.31f1, 2021.2.15f1, 2022.1.0b11, 2022.2.0a7

Resolution Note:
Discussed with UI team and confirmed this is difficult to fix(see comment as well). Also considering uitk is the recommended solution for editor scripting, this issue won't be fixed.
