[Nested Prefabs] Prefab Override does not save transform position data
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open scene "prefab override bug"
2. Select object R2-R3, you will see transform handles for it
3. Move handles or press reset tangents to change their position
4. press Ctrl+S to save scene
5. Observe that handles immediately reset any modifications done
Expected result: Prefab Override should save transform position data
