[NavMeshSurface] Debug information isn't moved together with NavMesh
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "AI9.zip"
2. Open scene "repro"
3. Select "NavMesh Surface" in the hierarchy
4. Enable any debug option and bake NavMesh
5. Move "NavMesh Surface"
6. Notice that Debug information isn't moved together with NavMesh
