Issue ID
UUM-78145
Regression
No
NavMeshLinks are not generated when using "Generate Links"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-82178“ project
2. Open the “Gym“ scene
3. Select the “NavMesh“ GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. In the Inspector, ensure that the “Generate Links“ is checked
5. Click “Bake“
6. Observe the Scene View
Expected result: Links are generated going from the top of the ramp to the floor
Actual result: No links are generated
Reproducible with: 1.1.5 (2022.3.42f1), 2.0.3 (6000.0.15f1)
Could not test with: 1.0.0-exp.4 (Unresolvable package problems due to downgrading)
Reproduced on: Windows 11 pro
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Note: Changing the size or the position of the GameObject within the NavMesh Surface fixes the problem with links, but issues with generating accurate pathfinding persist
