NavMeshAgent runs back and fourth on the destination point when auto-breaking is disabled if no next destination is set

Steps to reproduce:
1.Download and open attached project
2.Hit play
3.Observe cylinder behavior

Expected result: cylinder stops instantly upon reaching the target
Actual result: cylinder goes back and fourth when the destination is reached - video in edit
