NavMeshAgent adds strange ghost rotations
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene Behaviour Designer Movement/Scene/Scene.unity
3. Play the scene
- Note that the little triangle spazzes out a little bit when rotating
- Reproduced in 2017.1.0b2 (48952a94fb3b)
- Not reproducible in 5.6
