[NavMesh] [Carving] Unnecessary face added if two of surface vertices are close
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Scene"
3. Bake navmesh if needed and notice that there's a thin line which isn't carved out by nav mesh obstacle
Reproduced with: 5.2.5f1, 5.3.6p5, 5.4.1p1, 5.5.0b4
