To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and scene in it
2) Play it
3) Enable Gizmos painting

Expected: No matter the surface's rotation, the gizmos paint triangulation correctly
Actual: Rotated surfaces have incorrect data on them

Reproduced in 5.6.0b3, 2017.1.0a2

The gizmos used don't exist in previous versions
