NavMesh.CalculatePath doesn't work when Agents height is low
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project "MysteryGit.zip"
2. Enter Play mode
3. In Hierarchy window Game->Navmesh->Robots
4. In the Navigation Window select Agents->Robot
5. Change its Height to "1"
6. Enter Play mode (Pause might turn on, so turn it off)
7. Left click on the ground to move the robot
Expected results: Robot moves around
Actual results: Robot stands still
Reproducible with: 2019.4.14f1, 2020.1.12f1, 2020.2.0b11, 2021.1.0a5
Unable to test with: 2018.4 due to errors in the console
