[NavMesh][CalculateTriangulation] Triangulation isn't calculated correctly
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Test"
3. Open navigation window and notice that "S_base_mid" game object has nav mesh
4. In top menu click "Custom/Export NavMesh to mesh"
5. New "Test" game object is created
6. Drag it to the side of "S_base_mid" and compare NavMesh and generated mesh and notice that generated mesh has unexpected triangulation.
