Navigation mode is enabled after showing the context menu in the scene view
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “SceneViewContextMenuIssue-2021.3.zip” project
2. In the Scene view right click on a cube and select any object from the context menu
3. Move your cursor and observe the view
Expected result: Navigation mode is not enabled
Actual result: Navigation mode is enabled
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a11, 2022.2.7f1, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.0a10
Reproduced on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
Notes:
In 2022.2.0a11 and 2022.2.0a12 editors navigation mode is enabled but the view doesn’t move when moving a cursor
Navigation can’t be canceled until right-clicking
Also reproducible if closing the context menu in the 2nd step
