[NavMesh] [Auto-OffMeshLink] Auto-offmesh links not placed on stairs in level
Offmesh links are not automatically placed on stairs which should meet the drop / jump criteria.
Repro steps:
1. Open demo scene 04 from attached project.
2. Make sure scene view is open, and navigation tab is visible.
3. Observe how the stairs don't have a jump-off point, while the ramp (similar elevation) does.
Expected outcome: offmesh links to be placed on stairs.
Notes: Due to scene file upgrade, can't open 5.5 project in 5.4 to test for regression.
Most likely old behavior.
