"native code called abort()" is thrown in WebGL player when loading first scene
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-94404” project
2. Open the Build Settings window (File > Build Settings)
3. Build and Run the project
4. Observe the browser console
Expected result: Player starts up
Actual result: “Build.loader.js:325 Uncaught (in promise) abort("native code called abort()") at Error” exception is thrown, preventing the Player from starting up
Reproducible with: 2022.3.59f1, 2023.3.0b6
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.41f1, 6000.1.0b9, 6000.2.0a6
Fixed in: 2023.3.0b7
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
