"My Assets" tab is unselectable / doesn't load
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Open the Package Manager window (Window → Package Manager)
3. Select the “My Assets” tab
Expected result: The “My Assets” tab gets selected and all owned assets are shown
Actual result: The “My Assets” tab is not shown/selectable
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.23f1, 2022.2.16f1, 2023.1.0b13 2023.2.0a9
Fixed in: 2023.2.0a11
Reproduced on: macOS Ventura 13.1 (Intel), Windows 11
